I consider it my privilege to provide gender affirming surgery and care access letters. I practice from an informed consent model of care and believe that my role as a psychologist is to work towards dismantling the barriers of access to care. You have the right to live in an affirmed body and exist as your full self.
FAQs
What does a letter cost?
Nothing. If you are solely seeking an evaluation and letter for gender affirming surgeries or care, I do not charge for the evaluation or letter. As a signing member of the Gender Affirming Letter Access Project (GALAP) Pledge, I do not charge for letters. This means that I have 1-2 spots available monthly.
What states do you provide letters for individuals in?
Texas. I am licensed in only Texas a and able to provide a letter for you if you are located in this state. As all services are conducted via telehealth, there is no need to meet in-person for evaluation.
How soon can I expect my letter?
I will be able to determine if I can provide you a letter after our initial full meeting. Once that is completed, please expect 1-2 weeks for completion of the letter including a follow-up consultation where we will review the letter together.
